It includes collaborating with respective stakeholders to ensure adherence to processes and prepare status reports. The role holder is expected to oversee workload of team members and ensure timely completion of reconciliation & settlement of all assigned projects as per defined timelines. Interacting regularly with clients, understand their requirements and provide reports to senior management for making decisions as per the larger objectives of the bank.Roles & Responsibilities:xefxbfxbd Responsible for timely completion of reconciliation of all assigned projects as per defined timelinesxefxbfxbd Govern supporting documentation for reconciliationsxefxbfxbd Ensure processing of rectification entriesxefxbfxbd Handle field queries / guide field personnel on reconciliation requirementsxefxbfxbd Develop understanding of related processes and inter-dependability between teams, have broad understanding of underlying data structuresxefxbfxbd Ensure minimal losses for the department and submit items that needs to be written off within each financial yearxefxbfxbd Interact with clients as and when required and submit necessary statementsxefxbfxbd Review and improve reconciliation process and SOPsxefxbfxbd Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelinesxefxbfxbd Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Planxefxbfxbd Minimizing operational failure, including but not exclusively, the risk of fraud, by helping to devise, and by implementing, sufficient regular controlsxefxbfxbd Liaise with RMs, traders, Finance & Control and colleagues of other support units to provide high quality of service to customersxefxbfxbd Preparing daily, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly MIS reports as required by Top Managementxefxbfxbd Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high quality customer servicexefxbfxbd Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholdersxefxbfxbd Stay abreast with global market trends and competitor strategies in key marketsManagerial & Leadership Responsibilities:xefxbfxbd Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structureEducational Qualifications:Graduate - AnyPostgraduate xefxbfxbd AnyExperience:12+ Years
