: Req ID [[56043]] [[Hyderabad]], India Your Tasks Support of the simulation department, NVH Acoustic CDAD Team within ZF Group w.r.t the Division C \'Chassis Productsand Systems\' Support of the product development and optimization of the ERC (Electronic Roll Control) and AKC (Active Kinematic Control/Rear Wheel Steer) w.r.t NVH and Loads by building Flex Body models using Hypermesh, Abaqus to generate. FBI models, using Simpack to simulate the dynamic scenarios using the Road Load data (RLD) Preparation of Finite Element (FE) Models with regards to geometrical and physical linearities and Develop and perform Dynamic simulations using Simpack Pre for different chassis components and systems. Implementation of proposals concerning different solutions to solve the NVH problems for Chassis components and Coordination of requirements together with the areas Development and Testing as well as customers and suppliers. Verification / Validation of the MBS Dynamic models together with testing engineers. Your Profile The work requires user knowledge of MS Office as well as the Windows operating system. Further requirements include and TCI - CAE Engineer/Mid-Level 2 to 6years\' experience Education: Master for Mechanical Engineering/ Automotive Engineering (2-5years), Bachelors are also considered (2-6years) and Experience in the application of developing MBS models in Simpack Pre, knowledge regarding FE model and constrained model Analysis. NVH analysis knowledge can be an added advantage too. Experience in the Automotive Industry as well as in the analysis of passenger Car Chassis components and Practical application experience with the following simulation software products, SIMPACK PRE, ADAMS, ABAQUS or other nonlinear solvers (e.g. ANSYS or NASTRAN, OPTISTRUCT), HYPERMESH / VIEW, MSC ADAMS Very Good English skills in spoken and written, German skills spoken and written is added advantage and Very good and precise to the point communication capabilities Flexibility and willingness for travel and Capacity for teamwork Be part of our ZF team as [[Specialist / Technical Lead]] and apply now!
