What does a great \xe2\x80\x9cReport Analyst\xe2\x80\x9d do?The Reporting Analyst is embedded in the fabric of the Fiserv business and technology. The purpose of the Reporting Analyst is to analyze data from various sources and transform into meaningful information leverage tools such as PowerBI, SQL, Other Microsoft office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Work etc. The Report Analyst is required to work within tight deadlines, coordinate with multiple groups, stakeholders and must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.The role is required to be performed from Fiserv India offices providing overlap with US working hours, hence working from 2PM to 11PM (IST) shift for all 5 working days in a week.What you will do:Maintain and monitor project plans & project schedules, resource allocations and RACIOrganize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings, Mock and Go-Live eventsDocument and follow up on RAID items & decisions from project meetingsPrepare necessary presentation materials including digital dashboards as required. Provides administrative support, financial analysis and reporting as neededUpdate daily contract financials to PMOCreate ServiceNow tickets and assign resources to product installs, workstreams, and projects as required.Open, assign and close Clarity Project ID\xe2\x80\x99s for individual product installationsAct as a project resource person to perform research, analyze information, provide documentation, prepare reports and digital dashboardsManage the relationship with business contacts and all stakeholders as requiredEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as neededProvide weekly status updatesWhat you will need to have:A successful Reporting Analyst will possess the following key skills/behaviors:Infrastructure, networking, data center collapse & consolidation experience.Azure Boards/Jira experience.Methodologies including SDLC, Waterfall, Scrum fall/Agile.Private Cloud & Public Cloud Experience with Azure.Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills needed.Required Skill:Microsoft Power BI \xe2\x80\x93 Super critical skill. Please consider the profile holding any of these certifications must (PL-300, PL-100, PL-200, DP-500 or PL-600).Microsoft Power Automate: \xe2\x80\x93 This has emerged skill with our BU.
