: As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in leading Agile teams working on cutting-edge data and AI-driven initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of projects that align with AT&T?s data strategy. Roles and Responsibilities ? Create product roadmap and project plan. ? Organize and facilitate Scrum team meetings including Release and Sprint planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Demo and Retrospectives. ? Support in developing, maintaining, and grooming Product Backlog. ? Remove impediments and manage dependencies, risks, and issues during Sprint execution. ? Provide inputs and clarify business and technical requirements during project and release planning. ? Utilize JIRA, Confluence wiki and Microsoft office tools for product management. ? Lead the team in embracing Test-Driven Development and DevOps principles & practices for software development. Skills Required: ? Strong experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) for complex data projects. ? Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth execution. ? Proficiency in Agile metrics and reporting (burn-down charts, velocity tracking). ? Excellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills. ? Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, Confluence). ? Strong leadership, communication, and Agile coaching experience at the enterprise level. ? Ability to influence leadership and drive Agile maturity assessments. Technical Qualifications: Preferred: ? Bachelor
