Reports to a Manager or Assistant Manager of the Tax Services team.
Responsible for completing assigned daily activities in the tax services team including but not limited to timely work queue resolution, research, tax payment processing related data entry and reconcilement, and escalation resolution.
Maintain, achieve, and strive to exceed productivity goals and SLA's.
Responsible for adhering to established Policies and procedures.
Making calls to tax authorities, attorney's, or other contact parties to conduct tax/HOA related research and achieve resolution. Owning issue resolutions for each account worked.
JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contribute to work assigned and ensure the SLA are achieved for those assigned.
Assist with training staff on new and existing processes as necessary.
Consistent commitment to Customer and Clients to ensure timely and complete answers to questions and escalations.
QUALIFICATION:
Higher education experience preferred but not required.
WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Evening Shift Required - India Standard time - 5:30pm to 3:30am (IST)
