A successful Specialist, Tax at Fiserv ensures compliance with income tax and GST regulations while managing internal reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end closure activities. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely and precise tax reporting to support the organizationxe2x80x99s financial stability and growth.What you will do:

• Manage and ensure compliance with income tax and GST regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate tax returns and related documentation.
• Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in the month-end close process, including preparing financial reports and statements.
• Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize tax strategies.
• Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation is available and accurate.

What you will need to have:

• 4+ years of experience in income tax compliance.
• 4+ years of experience in GST compliance.
• 4+ years of experience in balance sheet reconciliation.
• 4+ years of experience in month-end closing activities.
• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Commerce

What would be great to have:

• 4+ years of experience with financial reporting software.
• 4+ years of experience in a financial services or fintech company.
• 4+ years of experience in audit support.
• Certification in Taxation is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
