Key Responsibilities :

- Executive Search: Conduct end-to-end recruitment for senior-level positions, primarily focusing on Real Estate and Allied sectors.

- Target Achievement: Demonstrated experience in closing roles with a salary package above 60LPA, specifically at the VP and above levels.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

- Cost-Effective Hiring: Proven ability to strategize and implement measures to reduce hiring costs while maintaining the quality of talent acquisition.

- Turnaround Time (TAT): Manage and adhere to strict timelines for the entire recruitment process, ensuring a quick and efficient turnaround time for filling open positions.

- Simultaneous Role Handling: Proficient in handling multiple roles simultaneously, prioritizing effectively, and delivering results within set timelines.

Qualifications : Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills and Competencies :

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.

- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and third-party agencies.

- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Real Estate and Allied sectors, including current industry trends, key players, and talent landscape.

- Innovative Sourcing: Proven experience in adopting innovative sourcing techniques and staying abreast of industry best practices.

- Data-Driven Approach: Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making, measure recruitment effectiveness, and continuously improve processes.
