Responsible for consistent and effective application of SS Global Procurement Services Policies, guidelines and procedures for GPS Systems, Business applications & Related tools.
Identify areas of improvement, by defining & analyzing system problems for existing procurement systems. Contribute development, testing and roll-out of new procurement systems.
Ensure seamless business operations and meet SABIC procurement strategic goals.
Gather, Formulate, Visualize and Document procurement data / outputs into constructed dashboards to facilitate decision making and performance monitoring/improvement
Represent GPS as focal point to work with different stakeholders (IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc..) to ensure regulatory compliance, system reliability and business continuity.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with SS Global Procurement Services policies, guidelines and procedures.
Represent GPS as a focal point for formulating and designing procurement Systems on a global basis.
Participate in planning, managing and achieving project milestones for process improvements.
Work with Regional Stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging systems/tools to drive business solutions.
Analyze & identify best practices of other Regions and achieve buy-in for rollout in Regions.
Assess the effectiveness and reliability of new system capability, data sources and enhance the existing systems functionalities and data structure.
Perform testing with users for new system functionalities and features to ensure desired outcomes meet business requirements.
Conduct change management activities with stakeholders for all developed/modified processes & system functionality.
Ensure documentation in order to keep stakeholders aware about process & system changes.
Monitor and Review data quality for source domain to ensure high data quality achieved in all objects in coordination with data stewards.
Review and govern all SAP MM access authorizations on global level..

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum University Degree in commercially oriented discipline such as finance, business administration, Industrial Management or related fields, or in Engineering or operations management.
Minimum 8 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the petrochemicals or in any industrial environment.
