BlueSemi is looking for a Specialist SEO & Web Development to manage all search engine optimization and take care of web user interface development to ensure the website is updated, good looking and functional. What youll be doing: SEO Manage all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases that drive organic traffic and align with business goals. Manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI. Execute tests, collect, and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies. Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine visibility, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and internal linking. Research and analyse competitor advertising links. Perform on-page and off-page optimization techniques to enhance organic rankings and increase organic traffic. Working closely with the infra team and Database team to keep the server clean and updated, and in managing bots. Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance. Review/ Improve upon current processes/ methodologies. Drive targeted and loyal traffic to a website by community building. Use social media to distribute content and encourage more external sites to link to your content - giving you more authority. Integrate data from various back-end services and databases. Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing tools. Generate regular SEO performance reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders. Web Development Managing Corporate Website: Planning, designing, development, security, deployments, and testing. Program in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to ensure the site is accessible and easy to follow for different devices and browsers and for increased interaction with visitors - this may involve working on video and PDFs. Collaborate with graphic designers, monitor website traffic, troubleshoot website problems when they arise, and update websites as necessary. Create and maintain software documentation. Interacting with Microsoft to fix the bugs generated due to the new patch updated on servers. Filling the PIA for any new requirements. Who were looking for: Bachelors degree in a related field, such as Digital Marketing or Information Technology. Min 3-5 years of SEO and web development experience Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails. A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices. Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development. SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite). Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems Good Experience of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
