Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies. The company\xe2\x80\x99s technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.



The Specialist, SEO will support the Manager, SEO, on Inspire Brands Digital Experience Performance team, and will contribute to developing and implementing strategies to improve the online visibility and organic search rankings of our brands. This role will serve as a support function for Inspires SME (Manager, SEO) for optimizing organic traffic growth for the entire Inspire Brands portfolio of ecommerce websites.

To assist with delivering on our aggressive multi-year roadmap and priorities, you will partner closely with other Digital Experience Performance team members, as well as our SEM, Content, Brand Digital Retail, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver best-in-class enablement of both technical and non-technical aspects of SEO, as well as actionable insights around performance and plans for future organic growth.

You will assist in driving targeted organic traffic to our website, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing the overall online presence of our brands. This role requires a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving SEO trends. A successful candidate will have experience in areas of technical SEO, content SEO, local SEO, and on-page/off-page SEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Help develop and execute comprehensive national SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings, drive targeted traffic, and achieve business goals
  • Contribute to the day-to-day SEO activities across multiple brands, ensuring that they are in line with industry standards
  • Provide recommendations for on-page optimizations, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, content creation and other optimizations
  • Identify and address technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed, mobile issues, 404s, indexing issues, redirects and more
  • Conduct backlink analysis and outreach to improve link profile and authority
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO to adapt strategies accordingly
  • Contribute to reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, and other search initiatives
  • Monitor various analytics dashboards, reports, and tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with KPIs
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Work with the SEO manager as well as SEM, digital experience, brand digital, and engineering teams to optimize multiple websites and develop new projects
  • Browse and report on successful strategies taken by competitors
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree and minimum of 2 years of experience with enterprise SEO programs or related functions, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic for websites resulting in sales growth
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Understanding of standard and current SEO practices, as well as on-page and technical SEO optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of HTML and website technologies, etc. that impact SEO: URL structure, site architecture, XML sitemaps, robots.txt files
  • Creation and monitoring of tagged CTAs/URLs/DeepLinks for use across multiple platforms
  • Cross-brand identification of crawling and indexing issues such as website speed optimizations, mobile optimization, schema markup implementation, canonicalization, and crawl error solutions
  • Google Search Console auditing/debugging
  • Identification of bad inlinks and submit disavow files
  • Collaboration with content creators to ensure all content is optimized for SEO, and/or advise/recommend content creation ideas to meet SEO requirements
  • Familiarity with relevant SEO tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Accuranker, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office environments (proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred)
  • Familiarity with Yext, Google Business Manager, Apple Business Connect, Google Ads, RIO, Quantum Metric, or Looker Studio preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis, with the ability to distill insights from data and the ability to present data driven recommendations for organic SEO success
  • Strong critical thinking skills, able to use logic and rationale to identify the root cause of SEO issues, and make recommendations for clear actions to resolve with an impactful solution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment on complex and varied assignments across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining tight deadlines
