SHL, People Science. People Answers.SHL is seeking an experienced Security Operations Specialist to join our expanding IT team in Gurgaon. As a Security Operations Specialist you will be instrumental in architecting, implementing the security controls and software required to protect SHL 40 billion data points. • Designing and implementing systems within agreed security boundaries with IT teams.
• Maintain SHL Vulnerability Management process - utilizing Wazuh and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
• Recognize areas for security improvements within the cloud platform around automation and CI/CD.
• Maintain Cyber Essentials Plus and ensure SHL ISO standards (27001, 22301 and 20000) are retained.
• Actively engage with each of the IT practice leads to ensure consistent alignment.
• Ensuring DLP policies are in place to protect SHL data.

What we are looking for from you:Essential:

• Extensive experience in security operations (multi-cloud) for a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Security best practices.
• Strong automation and scripting skills - including terraform and cloud formation.
• Extensive experience guiding a multi-OS environment Linux / Windows / Mac.

Desirable:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Security related certifications - CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialist etc.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
