About the department DD&IT Product Supply unit is responsible for many Enterprise and Local IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operations, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale across business areas and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as manufacturing and supply chain etc. DD&IT PS GBS is an area with 120+ employees closely working with colleagues across all the production sites and HQ DD&IT PS functions. The position is in the Supply Chain area with employee base mainly in Denmark and India. We started our agile journey in 2019 and are now organized in two ARTs divided into a total of 18 agile teams covering the whole IT supply chain value stream. The position As an SAP Security Specialist for SAP Logistics IT Systems, you will be responsible for all the Security/authorization tasks. You will be responsible for the authorizations design and strategy whilst understanding the entire design of roles in SAP platform. You will maintain the security of the SAP platform in compliance and up to date as per the internal and external requirements, authorize data accesses and perform regular quality checks in Compliance with SOPs/Guidelines as per QualityDocs. Your main job responsibility will be: Identity management with focus on SAP authorization development, role owners, automating the role and user provisioning processes. Review the business blueprint, functional specifications for SAP security role development and user acceptance test plans and participate during go-live phases. knowledge in understanding the Sarbox requirements. Evaluate business risks associated with security role design, implement appropriate controls to address those risks and provide recommendations on ways to simplify and streamline the security design. Develop SOD workflows and approvers for user provisioning or de-provisioning, authentication/authorization/emergency access and access recertification based on needs, best practices, and requirements. Monitor, report and remediate elevated role provisioning to make sure that unauthorized access is removed. Guide/Support vendor partner, Keep ICQs up to date and participate in all audits, as relevant. Qualifications Bachelor or similar graduate degree field in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration with minimum 10-12 years of experience in IT industry. 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP Security/Authorisation. Experience with SAP authorization design in SAP ECC, S/4HANA project implementation or support as Authorization consultant. Experience in Security Design & Blueprinting, Customization, Implementation and auditing of SAP Roles and Authorization (S/4HANA & Fiori). Good knowledge in SOX Compliance. Good knowledge in SoD, GxP, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), SAP Logistics modules is beneficial. Self-managed with a positive outlook, strong personal drive, and leadership skills Must have handled, worked, and collaborated for driving organizational strategies, and delivery excellence. Excellent writing, verbal, presentation, communication, and consensus building skills. You must have high cultural sensitivity and ability to work across cultures.
