The position is responsible for sales in Western part of India assigned, including identifying and coordinating complex sales opportunities in a professional manner to deliver differentiated value to customers, aligning with companyxe2x80x99s capabilities, products and services. Working as an integral team member of both the product groups. The position has to closely collaborate with peers in other parts of the country.
Responsible for achieving sales targets in assigned region, managing receivables and ensuring service levels for the customers assigned.
Retain all organic growth opportunities and gain market share at assigned region.
Implement assigned sales strategies to drive differentiation for customers.
Build strategic partnerships with key stake holders at customer organizations.
Gain market intelligence and update the organization periodically.
Your Profile / Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech. Mechanical or Equivalent with 8-12 years of experience in Frontline Sales.
Experience in Hygienic application capital Equipment Sales (Hygienic Pumps and Valves) i.e. customers in Dairy, Food, Beverage and Pharma Applications
Exposure to Key Account Management, Channel Sales Management in the profile will be an advantage
Value selling and negotiation skills.
Techno-Commercial acumen.
Result driven, independent professional and a team player.
