Years of experience: 6-9 Years Location: Pune / Bangalore Sungard AS/11:11 Systems is looking for a Contract Specialist to provide quoting and contracting support to the global Sales team. Primary duties include preparation of customer contract documents in support of new and existing Sales. This position will collaborate with internal contributors, including but not limited to Sales, Solution Engineering, Legal, Products, and Operations. This position will report to the Vice President of Contracts & Sales. Responsibilities Produces customer contracts and supports internal sales approval process Effectively manages and processes a high volume of transactions Maintains contract documentation and tracking systems Assures confidentiality and security of documents and information Assists Sales in contract creation to include complex multi-services and multi-client contracts using relevant quoting tools, ensuring financial, legal and technical aspects of the contract are accurate Identify quoting or system issues, troubleshoot when issues occur, and/or report issues appropriately for quick resolution Liaise with other departments to put together complex multi-services and multi-client customer contracts Obtains full approvals from the relevant departments for all contracts, as necessary Prepare and/or advise on proper paperwork to be presented to the customer/prospect for proposed solution(s) Sends contract documentation to customers for signature via hard copy or using DocuSign Validate revenue accuracy upon closing transactions and work with Billing and Sales Ops on booked transactions that require revenue corrections through active participation in the reconciliation process. Work with Sales to ensure opportunity values are populated at all stages of the sales cycle with minimal variance; including generating and/or creating reports to aid in timely and accurate processing Verifies and closes Opportunities in SFDC Works under strict deadlines to ensure all contracts are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible Works supportively with colleagues, supporting one another and operating in a collegiate manner at all times in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s values
Requirements
College degree or equivalent work-related experience
6+ years of direction interaction with and support of sales
Demonstrated capability for understanding quote and order processing flow
Excellent people and communication skills, strong business orientation, team player, detail-oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks with little stress
Must be a proactive self-starter with strong leadership skills
Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills
Keen attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Extensive experience with the Salesforce, DocuSign, and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
