Job Title Tech Lead, Quality Assurance Engineering 1) 10 to 12 Years of Experience in Automation Testing 2) Should have experience in managing automation projects and handling various phases of Automation Test Life Cycle 3) Hands on in Managing a Team of 10+ Automation Team and taking the full ownership for delivering automation projects 4) Based on the need should be able to provide solutions to customize/develop automation frameworks using the latest technologies 5) Have good experience Designing/Developing Automation Frameworks for UI/API based testing 6) Good understanding of Banking Domain Knowledge is mandatory. Experience on Signature core banking product will be an added advantage. 7) Solid Programming Experience in Java or .NET for UI/API Automation - Selenium/REST Assured/BDD/Cucumber 8) Able to Design/Develop/Debug/Review Automation Scripts and maintain high quality of delivery 9) Provide right amount of technical support to Team Members for on-time delivery 10) Able to do Automation Test Planning, Estimation and forecasting for Test Cycles 11) Should be proficient in setting up Selenium Test Environment Setup (Maven, Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Jenkins Integration, GitHub Integrations) 12) Well Versed with TestNG Testing Framework for Grouping Test Cases, Prioritizing Test Cases, Executing Test Batches, and Generating Test Results. 13) Able to work independently with selenium tools and Configuring Selenium Test Environment (Ex: Eclipse IDE, Java, Selenium WebDriver and TestNG, etc ). 14) Handling Object Identification/Exception handling issues. 15) Able to write Gherkin feature files for identified user stories, Write Step Definitions for Gherkin keywords and Link with actual implementation of Code 16) Should have good amount of working experience in DataBases like - PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL Server, MYSQL 17) Good working experience in configuring with CI/CD Pipelines, Configuring Troubleshooting Jenkins issues CI/CD Tools (Jenkins) for Continuous Integration and Source Code Tools(Gitlab/GitHub/BitBucket) 18) Able to do Git Configuration, Working with GitHub, Collaborating on Your Code to Fork, Merging, Conflicts and Managing Changes 19) The individual will work closely with Dev/BA Team, Senior Architects and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC 20) Generating Power BI dashboards for test results will be an added advantage.
