Company: MercerDescription:Mercer India is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Noida office:Specialist - Publication & Insights Delivery (C1)What can you expect?Content and Publications Global Delivery process is involved in creating off-the-shelf analytical and research reports and sharing insights and key findings to the clients; managing a digital platform offering, i.e., dynamic calculators, comparator dashboards serving diverse executives take well informed human resource decisions related to budgeting, benchmarking and compensation planning and derive data driven policies for their organization across the globe.As a Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Your responsibilities include analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and communicating findings to key stakeholders. Your insights will inform strategic decisions that drive business growth and success. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company that values data-driven decision-making.In Your First 30 Days:

  • Familiarize yourself with the company's data infrastructure and tools.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders.
In Your First 60 Days:
  • Demonstrate your ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
By Your 90th Day:
  • Work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team and stakeholders.

We will count on you to:
  • Understand project requirements from stakeholders via kick-off calls and regular interactions.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to collect data in the compensation and benefits domain.
  • Cleanse, process, and validate data for analysis.
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends in complex data sets.
  • Create basic dashboards and reports using MS Excel and other software.
  • Manage project tasks and deliverables on agreed SLAs.
  • Improve processes and achieve efficiencies through automation.
  • Work in an Agile team environment.
What you need to have:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Confidence, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
  • Attention to detail and a passion for service delivery.
  • Basic to intermediate statistical aptitude
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Preferred: Programming skills in languages like VBA, Python, R, etc.
  • Team player with a high IQ
  • Corporate skills and experience in a globally matrixed and multi-geography, multi-cultural offshore service delivery environment
  • Strong experience in Survey Programming using Qualtrics.
