About the Role
A Client Services Representative (CSR) is based on-site, working as part of the larger team. You will
provide operational support to the on-site PRO team and ensure prompt and accurate
onboarding/offboarding of your client\'s contingent workforce, utilizing our award-winning Vendor
Management Software (VMS) "WAND\'. An eye for detail and strong data accuracy skills coupled with
an ability to handle high volumes of transactions on a regular basis is critical in meeting deliverables
and maintaining client relationships.
Day In the Life
A typical day may involve producing data and compliance reports, updating WAND, attending briefings on new roles with clients, monitoring response rates from suppliers, troubleshooting, and assisting other team members as required. Specific activities will vary based on client and location.
