: "Job Purpose:
The Agile Coach will create the Agile curriculum, drive trainings, and develop a long-term Agile coaching plan that helps increase Agile adoption and scale. The Agile Coach will provide hands-on, practical,
and consultative guidance in helping digital teams pivot to Scrum and to SAFe. This role has responsibility for developing a specific Agile training curriculum, playbook, and training schedule to ensure that all of the core stakeholders can work in an Agile manner. The Agile coach will ensure that all teams are trained and able to apply Agile principles, Agile Implementation is documented, and that there is a clear process for onboarding new team members to Agile ways of working.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop coaching plan leveraging SAFe/Scrum experience which comprises of 6 different workstreams involving Business SMEs and Development resources.
Provide education, coaching, and occasional hands-on assistance with teams pivoting from waterfall to scrum and with individuals moving into a Scrum Master and Product Owner role.
Guide teams in preparation for, and execution of, all agile ceremonies
Shadow teams to understand team maturity and provide specialized coaching when applicable.
Conduct 1:1 feedback session with team leaders to understand areas of improvement and/or need.
Identify impediments and manage through with proper escalation and coaching.
Collaborate on transformation / change management topics in helping develop coaching and upskilling plans for new ways of working leveraging Agile principles.
Collaborate with Portfolio Management to drive process improvements across governance and Agile Teams progress updates leveraging Agile principles and best practices.

Qualification & Core Skills requirement:
Bachelors: degree required.
SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
SAFe Certified RTE
At least 5-6 years\' experience working in Agile as a Scrum Master, RTE and Coaching / Consulting
Prior, hands-on experience leading a SAFe transformation for another organization, including pivoting teams into Scrum/SAFe.

Desired:
Scrum Certification (CSM/PSM/RSM)"
