Job Description

Scrum Master : . Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or experience, with an understanding of the financial services industry . Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst/release manager in a technical agile software development environment (SAFe (scaled agile) experience with Software as a service (SAAS) web-based applications required) with relevant experience in handling release management process, deployments, and release management tools . Prior experience as a Scrum Master in the Agile or SAFe framework is a must . Excellent communication and collaboration skills (verbal, written, and presentation, active listening, ability to build consensus, and support across functions at all levels) . Proficient knowledge of Agile Execution tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) . Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) . Deep knowledge of and passion for Agile Scrum/SAFe methodologies and best practices including, Agile metrics and reporting techniques . Proven track record of managing complex projects with superb organizational, problem-solving, time management skills strong critical thinking and analytical skills . Experience working effectively in a dynamic development environment within large, global teams . Attention to detail and proven effectiveness in driving team performance . Ability to clearly bring together and document software requirements, resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or critical issues . Aptitude for nurturing self-organizing, high performing teams via servant leadership, individual coaching, and mentoring . Certifications: SAFe Scrum Master (SCM) or Advanced-SCM or CSM, or PSM is required . Open to working flexible hours as per business needs . Preferred Qualifications: o Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (CMS) or any Content Management Systems (CMS) and General Marketing Website Design is preferred o Technical knowledge of marketing technologies along with the familiarity of HTML/CSS skills and digital marketing channels is a plus
