Specialist - Payment Monitoring

Location: Hyderabad, India #LI-Hybrid

About the Role:

Our Legal and Compliance Solutions team is looking for Specialist who will individually support and perform operational and Compliance related activities for Legal Teams, Compliance Professionals and other Novartis Business Stakeholders. Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers on various reports. Support and facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics. Support business in building practice by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding and training support and building process documentation and knowledge repositories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Compliance and Operational related activities involving compliance risk analysis, compliance audit readiness, Compliance monitoring, reporting, and working on internal tool maintained by Novartis to enable the compliance operations.
• Create and deliver below customer requirements as per agreed SLAs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc) and drive excellent customer service Global and Country specific reports for Novartis business risk and compliance team Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services
• Support in creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs within the function
• Support in developing and maintaining knowledge repositories. Participate in various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality of deliverables across the function.

Role Requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Graduate with 3 to 5 years of overall work experience
• Good Communication and Stakeholder Management
• Advanced excel and dashboarding
• Managing people with influence QlikSense, QlikView, Tableau, Spotfire
• Strong Business focus and Client centric approach
• Strong and proactive and proven ability to provide acumen/ judgement to enhance decision making
• Proficiency in contract management, redlining, drafting, due diligence and negotiation skills

Desirable Requirements:

• Fair understanding on MIS reporting and advanced MS-office skills (Especially on MS-Word, MS-Excel (Macros and VBA coding preferred) and MS-PowerPoint)
• Fundamentally equipped with Compliance processes and tools with relevant work experience
• Ability to learn and understand data from various sources
• Pharmaceutical industry domain knowledge
