Order Management Support SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled communicator with strong international relationship capabilities who is committed, result-driven, and eager to learn new technologies, capable of handling multiple projects under pressure within deadlines.Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities
- Assisting our global Order Management and Accounting Team with their efforts such as invoicing, forecasting, reporting
- Process aging reports and assistance in dunning management
- Assist in identifying variances of supplier invoices
- Assist our global Order Management and Accounting Team with warranty claim processes
- Manage administrative duties for our worldwide Order Management and Accounting Team
- Maintain data in line with internal protocols
- Process daily and ad-hoc data updates across various ERP systems
- Completion of studies in business administration, a commercial apprenticeship, or equivalent qualifications
- Proficiency in MS-Excel
- Experience in customer service and sales support
- Customer-focused, reliable, and independent work style
- Flexibility, Communication Skills, and Collaborative approach
- Assertiveness and Communication Skills
- 03 to 06 years of professional experience
