Provide operational management for the team responsible for all this (Technical Architecture & Digital Service), and become the Partner of our global IT team Excellence leads as well as the managers on the operational tropics day to day and support and plan key initiatives for the Technical Architecture & Digital Team. The purpose of the role is to ensure operational processes run smoothly in the supported function and drive continuous process improvement. Collaborate and support on communication approach within the program Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: . Design and implementation of communication strategies and employee engagement activities including support on townhalls & events. Advice on questions relating to creativity and communication style, interrelationships between communication and engagement Concepts . Coordinating the flow of information within the program, the flow of information between the program and the public and coordination of PR campaigns and events to present the program to the public . Content Creation to fulfill the purpose of the communication strategy. Creation of a project identity with consistent adherence to the branding and creation of visual presentations . Design of workshops and conduct of workshops on communication & employee engagement. Advice on the application of visual storytelling. Design of posters and marketing material . Provide status updates as part of regular touchpoints, covering above activities, highlighting the status of the deliverables, when approved, and time to complete. . Maintain distribution lists and communication templates for specific announcements. Maintain up to date content collect the content from all sub-functions on a timely basis. Prepare and maintain the list of events and proactively arrange the content and logistics (townhalls, LT meetings, etc.) . Work closely with the Global DD&IT communications partner to provide APD content for Global DD&IT events and facilitate change/culture management activities for the org. . Work with support functions to collect function specific information, e.g. work with P&O to generate training compliance report for APD and trigger actions via APD LT Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What you\'ll bring to the role: . 5+ years of experience in Internal Communications (pharmaceutical industry or healthcare agency preferred) . Master Degree / University Diploma or equivalent in Communications, Psychology, Political Science or HR would be a plus . Excellent communication skills (incl. superior verbal and writing skills) . Effective stakeholder relationship management - proven ability to build trust in stakeholders and influence decision-making. . Ability to mobilize internal communities with innovation, compassion and enterprise attitude . Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion and professionalism . Act as strategic communications advisor to Executives and Senior Leaders and collaborating with associates across all levels within the organization. . Proven experience in leading employee engagement strategies and programs.
