Specialist, Omnichannel Products (NBX)At our company we are leveraging analytics and technology, as we invent for life on behalf of patients around the world. As we endeavor, we are seeking a dynamic talent to serve in the role of \xe2\x80\x9cSpecialist, Omnichannel Products, Next Best Experience (NBX)\xe2\x80\x9d. Pharma experience is highly preferred.You will leverage a variety of data sources including but not limited to, customer, content, channel, and web data to develop analyses to drive actionable insights and help make sound business decisions. You will work with Managers, Senior Managers, and other analytics leaders to design and develop advanced analytics projects and solutions, improve analytics operational efficiency, explore new data sources and new ways of developing advanced analytics solutions and be involved in ad-hoc digital analytics projects for the CEME team in India and worldwide.Primary Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the unification, improvement, and deployment of NBX capabilities within our company to support our initiatives.
  • Participate as a core member of the combined DDA/IT working team to unify and standardize the disparate NBX solutions within our company.
  • Establish standards to support this new unified capability, including, but not limited to ways of working, governance, new feature request process and playbooks.
  • Support deployment and scaling of the NBX solution to new markets according to the product roadmap.
  • Contribute to the ongoing advancement of the NBX capability as an extended member of the core product team.
  • Lead and contribute to key advancements in the NBX capability by leveraging novel data sources and AI/ML approaches to support priority and high-impact use cases.
  • Support ongoing efforts to evaluate the feasibility of new data sources that have potential to improve promotional orchestration for our customers.
Qualifications
  • Strong problem solving, business analysis and quantitative skills.
  • Familiar with both structured and unstructured data
  • Good understanding of statistical and data science principles to enable adequate understanding of algorithm models, the appropriate application of different models, and effective communication to business audiences.
  • Technical soundness with the ability to connect the dots and articulate and effective data story to leadership teams and key stakeholders.
  • Understand basics of CRM database concept, web tagging, data warehousing, cloud environment (AWS), data architecture and ETL
  • Hands on coding experience in Python/ R, and SQL are required.
  • Detail oriented and commitment to producing high-quality work and maximizing resources, while meeting deadlines
  • Positive attitude, professional, courteous demeanor, strong work ethic and ability to collaborate in a constructive manner with others in a dynamic working environment.
  • Always curious and asking questions that would improve customer experience and engagement.
  • Ability to present work logically and clearly.
  • Ability to take initiative and work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Digital media, customer/ omnichannel analytics, journey orchestration, Next Best Action (NBA) experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a Global role as a part of ONE Team with multi-market solutions rollout and scaling exp.
Experience & EducationData driven mindset with 3 plus years of work experience doing quantitative analysis that inform digital / omnichannel campaign, customer, channel, and content insights. Experience in Pharma commercial analytics domain is preferred.Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in quantitative analytics fields (e.g., engineering, statistics, economics, operational research, or information system) is required, advanced degree preferred but not necessary for the right candidate.Our Human Health Division maintains a \xe2\x80\x9cpatient first, profits later\xe2\x80\x9d ideology.
