The position provides executive administrative support for the respective executive leader and/or leadership teams. As such, the role works as an extension of their executive leader(s) in this regard. The role is expected to perform their duties with a high degree of independence while exercising expert judgement to address matters on behalf of the executive and/or their teams, with minimal mistakes and errors. This level of performance includes, but is not limited to the following; (1) thinking and acting proactively on behalf of the executive to ensure the smooth running of their day to-day activities as well as the overall functioning of their office (2) the ability to think ahead and anticipate and resolve problems before they occur, (3) Resolve issues independently and proactively, (4) Represent the executive and/or their teams externally with a high degree of professionalism, (5) have the ability to multi-task and as such be able to prioritize highly diverse, time sensitive and often complex projects, activities and tasks with minimal supervision, and \xe2\x80\x9cperform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed.\xe2\x80\x9d
