Contributes to PCM process by supporting through identifying opportunities of revenue leakage and executing solutions, assisting in audits and governance.Build a good understanding of processes and systems involved in calculating demurrage and detention charge
Use analytical and curious mindset to identify potential gaps in revenue leakagesEstimate the impact of solutions on downstream processes in terms of invoice quality, disputes, customer experience etc. and be part of solution designing to mitigate the impactStrengthen the process by identifying process gaps, user errors, automation and system errors through audit of export DnD filing / import DnD filing / VIP process audit.Coordinate with leaders of execution process to reduce the errors within processThink through efficient ways of auditing processHave sound knowledge of Invoice Quality for DnD process. Analyse the root cause of invoicing errors. Coordinate with various teams to improve invoice quality.Identify ways of efficient working through BI reporting and formulaes, power BI etcBuild knowledge around invoicing, SAP and collection process to support initiatives built on revenue leakage
Effectively co-ordinate with other processes such as RKEM team and ACMs etc.
Focused on quantitative approach of Money in Bank through solutioning revenue leakage opportunities
Make best use of previous knowledge and experience in enhancing current job profile
