1. Gather, review, and enter data accurately.2. Compile medical records in a timely manner as outlined by payor deadlines.3. Must be detail oriented.4. Must have excellent communication skills and organizational skills.5. Complies with facility policies and procedures.6. Submission of medical records via fax, mail, or payor portal.7. Reports to work as assigned.8. Maintains acceptable overall attendance.11. Knowledge of policies and procedures pertaining to attendance and punctuality.12. Perform duties independently, taking a proactive approach to problem situations, seeking supervision on an as needed basis.13. Understand and adhere to legal guidelines pertaining to client confidentiality and client rights.14. Seeks out learning experiences and incorporates new knowledge into practice.15. Maintains flexibility and adaptability to expected and unexpected changes in the work environment.16. Attends in services and educational training as necessary and as assigned.19. Reports personal symptoms of suspected illness or contagious diseases to Program Nurse.20. Reports incidents, accidents, and occurrences in accordance with policies and procedures.21. Maintains safety of the physical environment.22. Performs all other tasks as assigned by supervisor23.
