Job Title - Marketing Research Specialist
Job Overview :
We are looking for a reflexive and collaborative market researcher to spearhead relevant research activities to uncover business insights and validate hypotheses to identify ways of maximising sales and market penetration of business.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assisting in the design and development of research projects, including the research methodology and implementation.
- Identifying key areas of concern and areas of improvement in business flow, consumer profiling, need-gap analysis, hypothesis validation, website UX etc.
- Analysing data related to current product market, customer demographics and interest, and factors influencing product demand.
- Analysing data related to competitors\' products such as pricing, sales, and marketing or distribution methodology.
- Identifying potential new products or markets through research.
- Conducting experiments, surveys, NPS surveys, in-depth f2f interviews to gather business insights.
- Analysing results to identify ways of maximizing sales and market penetration of current products.
- Drafting and finalizing research reports for presentation to different stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- Master\'s degree in a suitable social scientific discipline.
- Have at least 6-8 years of experience in related fields.
- Knowledge of research and experimental techniques for gathering both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Demonstrable research skills such as data analytics, statistics, or survey design.
- Expert knowledge about fitting qualitative stances and methodologies.
- Proficiency in research design, research report writing, and source analysis.
- Ability to conduct research independently.
- Superb communication skills.
- Perceptive to power relations.
