- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and priorities for the Corporate Function
- Design, develop, and deliver effective training and development programs, including online, classroom-based, and blended learning solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements for training and development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training vendors and consultants as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development
