Profile: Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist
:
- We are looking for a skilled Learning and Development (L&D) candidate to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge. Your goal will be helping our company succeed by training and developing its personnel.
- We expect you to be passionate about helping people learn and grow- and to possess excellent communication skills. You should also have experience and Knowledge designing learning courses and managing budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs
- Review individual and organizational development needs
- Plan end-to-end development programs according to the organizational requirements
- Deploy different kinds of learning methods companywide- such as coaching- job-shadowing- online training and so on
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Collaborate with managers and Leadership to develop their team members through career pathing
- Organize hiring and training activities
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Manage end to end performance development lifecycle of the company across regions including Performance development process and implementation
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as an L&D professional, Training Manager or similar
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
