The HR organisation of the Future will work across brands, geographies and cultures to support one global Maersk. Next to the Centers of Expertise (CoE) and the strategic HR Business Partners, the Employee Experience Organisation is the largest part of the new HR organisation and the closest to our people. To enable our future HR service delivery model, we are establishing three Employee Experience Hubs covering geographical regions: Bangalore, India, covering IMEA; Lisbon, Portugal, covering Europe; and San Jose, Costa Rica, covering the Americas and Chengdu, China, covering APA.
We are looking for Specialists to join the Global Data Quality & Platforms team, one of the pillars of People Advisory Services, to support the People function across the globe.
What we offer
You will be part of the team that is the first point of contact for employees and leaders, helping them solve HR queries online, on the phone or on site. Whether their issue is big or small, our people should feel cared for just the same and your role is making sure they have a great experience when they reach out to HR . You will furthermore support the delivery of the HR Cycle with administrative tasks related to onboarding, annual performance management, job moves, exit, etc.
You will join the team as we prepare to go live with Workday and will therefore be initially spending your time on supporting implementation related activities and your colleagues in the other HR delivery teams. This is also an excellent opportunity to start familiarising yourself deeply with the future processes, technology (Workday also our knowledge and case management tool) ahead of the People Hub being fully operational.

The role is based in the Employee Experience Hub in Bangalore, India.

Key responsibilities
You will join the Global Data Quality & Platforms team early on as we prepare to start delivery of our services. In this time, you will be spending your time on implementation related activities such as designing the data quality framework, implementing data rules, establishing sanity checks, data gathering, project steering, etc.
For this you will:
• Own to resolve people's issues received through a variety of channels in a timely manner by adhering to the defined SLA.
• Work together with Managers, People Partners, and various functional specialists across the globe to solve complex queries.
o Prepare and handle HR newsletters; identify data issues and correct them. o Maintain data sanity on Workday.
• Support improvement activities to simplify and standardize the HR processes.
• Deliver on high employee satisfaction, accuracy, and timeliness.
Who we are looking for:
Saying that you should be customer-oriented is an understatement: we need you to be passionate about employee experience! You have high energy and drive and efficiently manage resolution of every employee query.
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
• 3+ Years of experience working on Workday , delivering services for Europe region , preferably from a shared service center environment.
• Passion for working on huge volumes of data with an eye for details.
• Fluent in English and experience working in multi culture global teams.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Products like WD Journey, WD Help, Workday Org Studio and WD Reports .
• Ability to perform under high pressure/workload environment.
• Experience working with Service Now would be an asset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Drive to identify needs, investigate options, seek solutions and partner with other HR colleagues to resolve open issues.
• Ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be an engaged member of a virtual team.
• Closure orientation and low tolerance for delays and deviations.
• Knowledge of HR concepts are a strong plus.
• Experience actioning mass changes via EIB on WD .
• Thorough understanding of Business Processes of various models in WD like HCM, Absence, Performance, etc.
