Responsibilities

Test Planning : Collaborating with project stakeholders, Module Owners, Sub Module Owners to understand system requirements and design test plans for software and hardware integration projects

Test Strategy and Approach: Defining the overall test strategy and approach for the integration testing phase, considering factors such as system complexity, risks, and project constraints

Test Automation: Implement automated test scripts and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of integration testing processes

Continuous Improvement: Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement, test automation, and optimization of integration testing methodologies and practices

Cross Module Test integrator in projects, where there are complex interfaces between modules/sub modules and strong overall coordination & integration is required

Participate product level Peer Reviews and Technical Reviews and ensure the related feedback from T&V is given to the modules/sub modules

Collect ideas from the team and demonstrate them to management, execute and guide them into Business Improvement projects

Deliver the solutions within the quality, time and cost targets agreed for the projects

You will be also responsible for documenting and presenting your work in a precise way to your internal and external stakeholders

Stay up to date on emerging trends, technologies and best practices related to software and hardware test integration

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s / Master\'s in any Engineering specialization

A minimum of 15 years of experience in Integration / Functional tests in manual and automation

Good knowledge of software test (Integration/Functional) design principles, patterns, and best practices

Experience within wind industry will be preferred

Exposure to SCRUM/ SAFe and gate models is good to have

Experience in working in large matrix organizations and in leading changes - both in projects and in organizations

Experience in modularization and modular development/test life cycle

High problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with an ability to analyze complex software systems and identify areas for improvement

Effective communication and leadership abilities
