The Position

As a Developer - Vault Quality, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our organization\'s Vault system, ensuring that it is optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability. You will be entrusted with below major responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Vault Quality based on the User Story (requirements from the business. End-to-end responsible for own delivery without minimal supervision and guidance from management.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams. Maintain and develop tools that supports other processes outside Veeva Vault. (e.g., tools used by developers, test automations, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for the delivery of system and support services and ensuring that they meet business requirements in coordination with support system manager (IN).
  • Creation of Change Requests for assigned applications including defects, new functionalities, technical or functional issues and data corrections identifying the Initial Impact, Temporary fix, Permanent Fix, Configuration changes, Configuration Management Activities, Test and Qualification Activities with inputs from Vendor/Team.
Qualifications
  • You hold a Masters/bachelor\'s with have 10+ years relevant IT experience covering specification, design, development, test/validation/documentation, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions in large organizations.
  • Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and QualityDocs, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical devices) using Veeva Vault.
  • Certified administrator in Vault with strong technical background in Java programming and related frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience in developing APIs thru different Integration Platforms such as MuleSoft is a plus.
  • Ability to work with Version Control Software- Git preferred.
  • Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills. Basic Experience with DevOps implementation with minimum 2-3 years of experience working with GxP requirements.

Quality & Facilities IT GBS (QFIT IT) is an integral part of Digital Data & IT Staffs Team, which currently consists of highly skilled IT professionals responsible for IT operations for all major Global Quality and Facilities IT systems in Novo Nordisk. The team is responsible for managing day-to-day IT support, development, validation and testing of entire Quality Management System of Novo Nordisk, spanning across entire globe. The key objective of QFIT is to ensure robust IT support to systems, which in turn ensures product quality and patient safety for Novo Nordisk.
