Uphold the standards and best practices by adhering to them in his/her work as well as by implementing them in the team\'s work by reviewing and monitoring. Provide innovative contribution within the team by coming up with ideas to automate repetitive work. Able to mentor Developers in such a way that they can progress to the next level of growth. Conduct peer reviews and demand high quality standards for the reviewed deliverables. Conduct technical assessments for hiring candidates to Developer roles. Additional Comments: Job description: Experience- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience on Microsoft technologies, some of which as a Technical Lead (80 %Hands on Development + 20% Management) The candidate should bring a strong and solid foundation in IT architecture and delivery with multiple years of experience. Need Hands-on Development Experience: ASP.NET C# Angular 8 + SQL API Desired Skills & Experience: Proven experience in application development in enterprise application Platforms. Strong IT project management skills: able to provide development support and communicate to both the internal organizational stakeholders and our clients Excellent communication skills, working with teams, and good in stakeholder management Strong and very solid IT architecture and IT delivery experience Good people development skills Job Responsibilities: Creates and produces architecture designs to translate user requirements. Provide system and integration guidance to a team of IT developer / engineers and team / project managers. Should develop and perform testing and implementation plans. Should be able to manage the complete life cycle for most complex or high-risk technical project development, Implementation, Support and any components delivery. Display expert knowledge of technical design alternatives and their implications by guiding the development team in overall application technical design activities. Should oversee implementation of project, software product and client applications and assist in the configuration of required implementation. Manage IT project development team and ensure quality delivery of software project / tasks on time. Work with multiple internal or external stakeholders in different geographical locations / time zones. Actively support business operations.
