Employee Life Cycleand Employee Record: Ensuring a seamless onboardingprocess and experience is provided across locations and practices. Ensuring timelyemployee confirmations process is followed, update and track employee salarychanges and promotions. Ensuring timely andsmooth employee separations process is followed. Handling employeegrievances and concerns. Prepare/Review ofmonthly payroll file and ensure error-free is provided. Monitoringcompliance procedures and processes are on track. Employee Engagementand Retention,Increase engagement, to aim to reduce attrition % at the practicelevel. Employees connect,stay interviews, one-on-one, floor time, etc. Supporting andproviding inputs on managing disciplinary issues Assist in preparingannual calendars for Holiday/Engagement/Training Support in executingAnnual and Mid-Year Appraisal plans as per defined timelines. PerformanceImprovement Plan for key practices to help address performance issues in aformal manner. Executing trainingand development programs based on the department/practice needs. Review the existingtraining modules to enhance their effectiveness. Review and ensurethat statutory training requirements are met. Regularly Monitoringthe training budget vs. spent. Ensuring training feedbackis shared timely and discussed with managers/practice head. Automation andAnalytics, review of the ongoing system changes and ensure all processes are ontrack. Generating andanalyzing key reports for leadership. Prepare, analyze andpresent internal review presentations. Periodic dashboardto the business Standard processesand procedures are followed by the team across locations. Timely track, update,and review of policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook and HR manual.Ensuring the adherence is maintained by the team. Timely monitor andreview of all people support trackers. Eg: Compliance, Exit, Training, CCR,Error Log, etc Facing internal andexternal audits, working on the actionable and tracking progress.
