As we endeavor, we are seeking a dynamic talent to be serve in the role of Human Health Insights, Analytics & Data (HHDDA) Operational Excellence Business Process Analyst.In this capacity, this role will help HHDDA realize the aspiration for the Operational Excellence capability. This individual will help to ensure a One HHDDA approach, in close collaboration with our compan partners and leaders across the Globe. This role will help establish systems and processes that will drive consistency, ways of working, seamless execution of cross-cutting enablers. \xe2\x80\x8bSupport HHI expansion to new regions as part of portfolio ops under operational excellence, support/execute budget and vendor management for teams within HHDDAMonitor budget, planning and execution of forecast cycles as per the enterprise processesCreate PR/POs, submit accruals, update project systems (NWAs)Execute operational excellence vendor management program and strategiesLead monthly budget reviews with leadership teams and provide recommendationsPerform analysis on budget spent vs actuals in an innovative way to provide spending trendsIdentify risk and opportunitiesConduct gap analysis and provide recommendationsDevelop budgets, track forecasts and actualsLeverage automation and robust tools to deliver on goalsDevelop and document best practices, processes, and framework to achieve standardization and streamlining across various initiatives/programs/projects and various tools/technologiesCollaborate with the OE team to brainstorm and execute processes improvementsRequired Skills/ExperiencesBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with experience in IT and data and analytics business & portfolio operations; Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus8-10 years of proven experience in budget and vendor management with expertise/working knowledge of tools like SAP, Ariba, ClarityAbility to multi-task and provide quick solutionsAbility to analyze data and understand trendsWorked across Global teams and multiple stakeholdersExecutive communication skills, and ability to synthesize program status, risks, and interdependenciesProficient with Microsoft Suite (including Visio), Teams, and SharePoint; Jira, Confluence is a plusExpertise in excel for analysisExperience with analytical tools like power BI or others is a plusDemonstrated ability to solution, anticipate and be proactiveDesired Skills/ExperiencesData and analytics business acumenHealthcare / Biopharma experienceOur Human Health Division maintains a \xe2\x80\x9cpatient first, profits later\xe2\x80\x9d ideology.
