This role involves assisting the Marketo administrator to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all marketing campaigns and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including data remediation actions, troubleshooting production/operational issues, and supporting campaign management and execution.At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. This position is part of the Digital Production Team located in Bangalore, India and will be a hybrid role.What you will do:\xc2\xb7 Assist standard daily admin processes to maintain the integrity and reliability of the Marketo platform inclusive of field management and data management.\xc2\xb7 Assist existing platform integrations and respond to user requests for operational adaptation in a timely manner.\xc2\xb7 Help to maintain user permissions and access controls to safeguard data and system functionality.\xc2\xb7 Provide support in managing general Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC) demands, ensuring seamless functionality between the two systems.\xc2\xb7 Assist in ensuring compliance standards are met and maintained.\xc2\xb7 Assist in campaign management, including the setup and maintenance of marketing campaign structure and attributes.Who you are:\xc2\xb7 Experience within Marketo administration and campaign execution.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work towards deadlines and targets.\xc2\xb7 Taking responsibility and ownership for work issues.\xc2\xb7 Showing initiative and solution based mindset.\xc2\xb7 Focused, organized and driven with the ability to self-start and learn.\xc2\xb7 Capable of project-managing multiple priorities while staying on top of timely communications with stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills.\xc2\xb7 Possesses creative problem troubleshooting skills (e.g. reproducing error scenarios, investigation, and exercising solutions).\xc2\xb7 Capable of transferring relevant technical skills to marketing automation world.\xc2\xb7 Willing to adjust some working hours to align with European partners.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:\xc2\xb7 CSS, HTML, Javascript, Python, MySQL\xc2\xb7 Agile framework\xc2\xb7 Salesforce (SFDC), Sitecore Content Management , Hybris Product Information Management\xc2\xb7 Kapost content operations softwareAt Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
