Job Title: Specialist - Global Clinical SolutionsCareer Level - CIntroduction to Role:Join our Global Clinical Solutions (GCS) team, where we drive the delivery of services and technology for AstraZeneca\'s internal and external stakeholders. As a Specialist, you will ensure the population and availability of complete, high-quality data from clinical operations processes/procedures and systems. You will also deliver trainings related to system procedures and/or processes and participate in the coordination of the life cycle management of processes and systems/tools. This role is an opportunity to contribute to functional and regional initiatives and participate in improvement projects.Accountabilities:As a GCS Specialist, you will deliver GCS services, set up and maintain systems/tools and data associated with projects, services, and technology. You will support life cycle management and business continuity for operational processes/procedures, systems/tools, standards, procedural documentation, and training materials. You will also provide support to user communities by conducting relevant process/system/tool trainings, facilitating knowledge sharing, establishing best practices, and ensuring communication with relevant stakeholders across GCS and AZ.Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or other equal education
  • Proven organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and perform tasks efficiently
  • Previous administrative training/experience
  • Computer proficiency
  • Ability to create and maintain systems for efficiency for both self and others
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Exhibit of AZ Values and Behaviors
  • University degree in biological science or health care related field
  • A good understanding of the clinical study process
  • Programming experience or programming aptitude
  • Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in the environment of clinical study delivery/clinical development processes
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development and clinical study processes and associated government regulations, ICH GCP
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to train others on study support processes and procedures
  • Ability to proactively identify risks and issues as well as possible solutions
  • GxP trained
