The Specialist - FP&A will be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support for the organization. This individual will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic and operational decisions through financial analysis and forecasting.Attributes required for position\xc2\xb7 Chartered Accountant is preffered\xc2\xb7 Proven working experience of 5-10 years with prior experience in FP&A (preferably Pharma)\xc2\xb7 Experience in managing forecasting, budgeting, MIS reporting, etc.\xc2\xb7 Advanced computer skills on MS office, accounting software & database\xc2\xb7 Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports\xc2\xb7 High attention to details and excellent analytical skills\xc2\xb7 Sound independent judgement\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills to senior leaders, external stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Collaborative and team player\xc2\xb7 Goal-orientated and committed to work\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Current Employees applyCurrent Contingent Workers applySecondary Language(s) :1.
