Job Description


:Location: GurgaonQuery Handling:

  • Receive and review customer queries, complaints, or requests from various channels (emails, web portals, etc.).
  • Categorize and prioritize queries based on urgency and nature.
Assignment of Queries:
  • Assign queries to the appropriate department or personnel within the organization for resolution.
  • Ensure that queries are routed to the right team members with the required expertise.
Tracking and Monitoring:
  • Track the status of assigned queries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor open queries and follow up with relevant departments to ensure SLAs are met.
Communication:
  • Liaise with internal teams to clarify any ambiguities or additional information needed to resolve queries.
CTQs * Bachelors degree with 0 - 3 years work experience in customer service voice process
  • Must have good Spoken & written communication skills in English
