Candidate would support HR Operations activities of around 1000+ employees but not limited to and would also be involved in other projects at Client side as and when required for entire South Africa region
Should be Tech savvy and have worked on any HRMS system preferably Success Factor. (Preferred but not mandatory).
Candidate will be responsible for following activities but not limited to :
Onboarding process
Managing payroll
Handling employee queries and grievances
Resolving HRBP\'s queries w.r.t process
Taking care of Exit formalities on employees LWD
Incumbent will be responsible to handle all ELC process apart from above activities right from joining to exit.
Skills & Knowledge :
Incumbent should have good communications skills.
Should be proactive and agile in handling the transactions .
Good Analytical and presentation skills.
Very meticulous in transactions and willingness to learn
Good in MS Office
Experience:
Incumbent should have 2-3 years of experience in any HR process
