Ensure delivery deadlines are met, communications and interactions with client for managing workflow and aligning delivery timeline.
Establish and implement policies and procedures, managing the workflow for the content publishing team. Understands and able to enforce processes for the team.
Help to prioritize responsibilities for the team with alignment with the client.
Resolve problems and escalate as needed
Review work prepared team, ensuring that accurate records are maintained for all clients
Responding to queries from stakeholders and clients, management of complaint.
Ensure all activities within the team are performed accurately, timely and efficiently
Escalate and flag any likelihood of failure to complete processes by deadlines, maintain and update the team issues log.
Ensure that policies and procedures are followed consistently and highlight necessary amendments
Manage projects related to transition of work to our team, account and strategy onboarding, continuous improvement initiatives, report automation, and any other firm initiatives

Key skills
Experience in SharePoint for Website management as an expert
Experience in multi-site development in SharePoint
Exposure to automating content publishing activities in SharePoint
Exposure to project/workflow management tools like: Workfront, Wrike, JIRA etc.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
Ideal candidate will be adaptable to new tools as per business requirement
Understanding of Content Management Systems like Microsoft SharePoint, Wordpress etc.
Prior experience in MnCs and global roles
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
High attention to detail with consistent high quality deliverables
Must be a self-starter, but also a team player with the ability to multi-task and excel in a fast paced, matrix and customer service oriented environment

A Bachelor's/Masters degree
5-10 years of professional experience in Website maintenance and development
At least 3-4 years of experience in SharePoint or other CMS
Experience of working in a Marketing/ Communications agency set up
