If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title Specialist, Data ArchitectureWhat does a great Conversion Analyst do?The primary role for this position is to analyze and convert financial data from competitive banking software systems to our Fiserv Premier platform. You will work as a member of an internal installation team that interacts with our client associates to gather needed artifacts to efficiently and successfully convert their financial data. This is a fast-paced position requiring flexibility and the ability to easily accept and manage change. The analyst must have the ability to listen and understand the clients business challenges and opportunitiesWhat you will do

• Performing project analysis to determine conversion and implementation requirements
• Providing consultation to the client during the implementation and conversion process
• Investigation and development of new department procedures
• Providing conversion and implementation support to both internal and external clients utilizing phone, email, and other communication methods as applicable
• Communicating progress and any potential problems to management for awareness and/or resolution
• Developing and maintaining the tools used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the conversion and implementation process
• Performing other job duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, and security requirements.
• Participate in daily/weekly stand ups, code reviews and product demo.

What you will need to have

• Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering, or relevant work experience
• 6 - 10 years of experience in SQL server database.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Banking/financial services industry is preferred.
• Working Time: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
• Good understanding of Data extraction, Transformation and Load process with mapping and validation.
• Having client facing experience would be strongly preferred.
• Good leadership skills and experience in leading the projects from end-to-end.
• Good communication skills and experience in working with Clients.
• Good understanding in Banking Domain.
• Flexibility to be able to work after hours or weekends, as needed
• Efficient in Reviewing, Analyzing, coding, testing, and debugging of application programs.
• Should be able to work under pressure while resolving critical issues in Prod environment.

What would be great to have

• Testing Experience with good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle including Test strategy, Test Planning, Test Cases Design, Test Data Setup, Defect management.
• Fiserv Premier Core knowledge strongly preferred
