Purpose of Job The Specialist Social Investment - LDAs Delivery will be responsible for project management of all the Local Development Agreements projects within the CSI Team in collaboration with Government responsible departments and Programme\'s implementing Partners. Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities Execute LDAs small-scale and standalone community development projects Coordinate the implementation the LDAs Strategic Programs liaising with implementation partners Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation and develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Supervise and manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the communities and all projects stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Experience working in a multicultural environment, across several geographies Digital savviness, fast learning abilities, working under tight deadlines and capacity to undertake several responsibilities at the same time Formal Education University Bachelors Degree Min Experience Experience: 6+ relevant years Professional Membership Certifications Licences Behavioural (BC) |Technical (TC) |Leadership (LC) BC_Collaborates TC_Corporate Social Investment TC_Writing Skill BC_Courage TC_Policies and Procedures BC_Customer Focus TC_Creating and Managing Change TC_Reporting BC_Situational Adaptability BC_Ensures Accountability Sasol is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
