You will ensure that project goals and objectives are met on time and according to specifications, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement in development processes and practices.

Accountabilities:

As a Specialist in Competitive Intelligence, you will be responsible for using data, analytics, and insights to drive decision making that will allow us to tackle some of the world\xe2\x80\x99s greatest health threats. Your deliverables will support planning and decision making across multiple functional areas such as finance, manufacturing, product development, and commercial. You will also drive synergies across the franchise, foster innovation and best practices, and create solutions to bring speed, scale, and shareability to our planning processes.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s OR Master\xe2\x80\x99s in Life Science
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical product commercial and CI analytics preferably in Respiratory & Inhaled, Cardiovascular Renal Metabolism and / or Vaccines & Immunology
• Demonstrated ability to drive to deadlines, balance competing priorities, and ensure high quality.
• Experienced and well-versed in various secondary sources, company and Financial Sources, clinical trial registries & regulatory sources (Cortellis, Evaluate, DRG, Biomedtracker, AlphaSense, syndicated market research \xe2\x80\x93 FirstWord, Spherix)
• Create dashboards to synthesize and visualize key information and enable business decisions.
• Experience of developing and managing dashboards
• An aptitude for problem solving and strategic thinking.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work effectively across all levels of stakeholders and diverse functions.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, supply chain and marketing functions
• Demonstrated leadership and management in driving innovation and automation leveraging advanced statistical and analytical techniques.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• 2-6 years of insights (competitive intelligence, market research and/or analytics) experience with demonstrated ability to think strategically in a fast-moving environment.
• Advanced MS-office skills (MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)
• Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (like Power BI) is a plus
• Experience with pharmaceutical data sources and CRM data systems (e.g. IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, Veeva, Salesforce) is a plus
• Project Management and Agile Principles
• Expert knowledge of Excel and proficiency in VBA is a plus.
• Experience in conducting competitive intelligence analysis in global markets.
• Ability to innovate and leverage emerging technologies and methodologies in competitive intelligence.
