Responsibilities:
1. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
2. Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
3. Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
4. Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
5. Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals
6. Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics
7. Knowledge and Skill Required:
8. Should have experience in B2B Sales
9. Should have an understanding of the E-learning industry.
10. Experience in working with US/International customers will be an added advantage
11. Should be able to plan and generate strategies for a new business opportunity in the E-learning industry
12. Should be able to work with management to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
13. Will be responsible for lead generation and business expansion
14. Must independently manage the end-to-end tendering process.
15. Should be able to work independently and must be target oriented
16. Excellent documentation skills and time management
17. Should retain and understand the scope for additional business from existing accounts
18. Effectively coordinate with other teams during project execution
