  • Fully manage the organization and compilation of RFPs/RFIs and Bid responses within the customer defined timescales.
  • Lead the kick-off calls, coordinate with department heads to identify specific stakeholders for individual bids, and act as the main contact-point for process execution.
  • Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from technical, finance, HR, commercial, legal, delivery, knowledge management, etc.
  • Liaise and network with such teams to ensure their full cooperation and closure of allocated tasks within specified timelines.
  • Participate in relevant management meetings such as for solution discussion, legal and commercial reviews, etc.
  • Work with the respective KM teams to ensure relevant and up-to-date documents & collaterals are available, and in the correct format and branding.
  • Develop and/or coordinate impactful bid presentations, both individually or with the support graphic designer. Would be required to work with pre-existing templates and re-using those for the ongoing bid.
  • Manage the bid portals and provide regular updates to Bid Managers/Directors on projects in the pipeline.
  • Work with the BDM team to maintain a record of bids responded, and which business we have won/lost.
  • Maintain and preserve all files, folders and communications related to past and ongoing bids, in select platforms or shared drives as required, in an indexed fashion.

Employee Specification and Key Skills
  • Post-Graduate, with excellent academic credentials
  • 7-8 years of experience from a professional services firm, including a minimum of 4 years of independent Bid Management experience
  • Experience in construction space - either with commercial real estate companies or in contracting space - is a must.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
  • Formal business writing ability is a must; will be required to write or edit varied content types.
  • Should have worked in situations involving multi-stakeholder connects and across regions.
  • Should have proficiency in developing PowerPoint presentations on their own.
  • Proficiency and confidence with various platforms and online tools such as MS Office suite, SharePoint, etc.
  • High attention to detail with consistent high-quality deliverables
  • Able to work on strict turnaround times and have a problem-solving approach.
  • Has a strong client servicing, flexible, can do and will do attitude
