• Understand the overall account receivable process
• Check and gather appropriate details prior to cash application
• Support the team to complete the daily cash application and maintain the good Accuracy
• Perform daily cash application, Query resolution customers.
• Coordinate with on shore team to resolve queries and complete the task.
• Identify the process challenges and come up with suggestions for improvement.
• Maintain Account receivable trackers as per ISO and ISMS
• Support team members to achieve overall goal and SLA

Role Responsibilities

• Good communication skills;
• The ideal candidate should be a Commerce graduate with excellent Accounting / Finance knowledge; and
• SAP is strongly preferred
• Candidate should be well versed with Excel/google sheet
• Experience in Finance Shared Services for a Global Company a strong plus
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• Commerce Graduate with minimum 2 to 3 years\' Experience in Accounts Receivable Process
• Fluent in English, Verbal, and Writing
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Education - B.Com / M.Com/ MBA
