Invoicing, Accounting, Collections, TDS, GSTR-1 & Reporting of Revenue of the company.Designation: Specialist - Accounts ReceivableBase Location: Navi Mumbai \Reporting to: GSC Finance HeadKey Role Responsibilities:Ensure 100% Revenue Assurance of the services rendered by the company.Ensure Timely invoicing of all the services rendered by the company.Ensure Timely collection of money from Customers.Ensure timely process of Credit Notes to customers.Ensure correct accounting of Invoice and receipt of customers.Ensure correct receipt application.Ensure TDS Recon with 26AS.Ensure timely collection of TDS certificate from customers.Ensure compliances of GST, Other Taxes with respect to Accounts ReceivablesEnsure compliances of company's credit policy and AR-SoP.Prepare Monthly reports as required with respect to Accounts ReceivablePrepare monthly accrued revenue and customer rebate/discount provisions.Prepare monthly schedules related to accounts receivables.Customers ledger balance confirmation and reconciliationComplete Month-End Closing activities timely.To look at the opportunities to implement Automation and Process Improvement to make the processes more standard and efficient.Skills & Competencies:Experience in major ERPs like SAP/OracleExperience in Billing Software like CFS Mag / Tracker2-4 years' experience in Accounts ReceivableEducation & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).DP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
