\xc2\xb7 The candidate must have a thorough understanding and knowledge of Legal & Statutory
Compliances with respect to laws such as Labour Laws, Environment health & safety laws,
Taxation laws, local & municipal laws, corporate laws, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to analyze and interpret the provisions and present views on the abovementioned
laws
\xc2\xb7 Should possess good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle small
teams.
\xc2\xb7 Should be able to have a discussion with stakeholders at the client site and develop an
understanding of business operations
\xc2\xb7 Should be able to prepare compliance checklists of applicable laws to different clients
\xc2\xb7 Ensure project-related timelines and able to lead the team of associates
\xc2\xb7 Should be able to prepare periodic MIS, project management
\xc2\xb7 Should be able to conduct onsite compliance reviews
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of compliance tool
