Location: Delhi
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:

• Scan sector reports, news articles, various databases to identify potential business opportunities
• Analyze financials statements of identified companies
• Reach out to various stakeholders to understand assets in detail
• Prepare teasers/proposals/pitch decks for various buy-side/ sell-side advisory opportunities
• Identify and reach out to potential investors for resolution of identified assets
• Assisting the project team members in various activities required for deal closure

Technical Competencies:

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS excel
• Understanding of Financial Statements, ratio analysis, basic valuation techniques etc.
